Quiet Hours 10 PM - 7 PM

• Up to 4 vehicles are allowed per reservation. Please park in the driveway and avoid parking on the grass.

• Linens are provided to make packing easier. Makeup washcloths are also available for your use. Please shower off sunscreen before using towels or linens. If linens or towels are damaged there may be a replacement charge.

• Trash trucks come early. Please roll bins to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings from March through October. During the remaining months bins should be rolled out on Monday evenings only.

• Neighborhood quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am.

• No smoking is allowed inside the home or on the decks. If you smoke outside please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Any evidence of smoking or discarded butts will result in a 150 dollar charge.

• Rinsing off in the outdoor shower before coming inside helps keep sand to a minimum.

• Please leave indoor and outdoor furniture arranged as you found it upon arrival.

• Candles are not allowed inside the home. When using the firepit or grill never leave them unattended and ensure that all flames are completely out when finished.

• Outdoor security cameras are operational.

• This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. While we absolutely encourage celebrations, relaxation, and making wonderful memories, this property is not suitable for parties or large gatherings of any kind. Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours begin at 10 PM and are strictly enforced. Excessive noise, events, or disturbances will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. We appreciate guests who value a peaceful environment and treat the home and neighborhood with care.

• Beach gear and bikes are located in the shed. The shed code is 0929. Please rinse items after use and return everything to the shed as you found it. If something breaks or is damaged please let us know.

• The grill is charcoal and charcoal is not provided. Please clean the grill after use. Grilling utensils can be found in the lower cabinets of the kitchen island.

• The PIN for the living room smart TV is 8989.

• If the door does not lock or unlock easily give it a gentle pull and try again.

• Please do not overload washing machine.

• Check out time is by 10am sharp

• When leaving the property please text “Third Street has checked out” to 252-564-8694 (Please DO NOT use this number for any other reason, you can reach Sarah via the Airbnb message platform)

• Our Wonderful Cleaning tech will strip the beds!

• Please leave used towels, bath mats, wash cloths and dish towels piled in front of the washer/dryer. If you would like to start a load of towels it would be appreciated but absolutely not expected. 

• Please make sure all of the home’s remote controls are accounted for and left in the rooms they belong. 

• Please take your trash to the outside can secured in a trash bag.

• Empty refrigerator. Sealed, unopened items are fine to leave.

• Please start the dishwasher, the cleaning tech will empty it.

• Make sure all furniture inside/outside is where it was originally found.

• Check to be sure you have logged out of your personal apps on all TVs. Protect your Netflix algorithm or you may be flooded with Bluey & Miss Rachel suggestions. (no offense to fans of either)

• Please check under furniture for personal items & outlets for charging cords.

• Windows and exterior doors should be locked and lights out.

• Leave AC @ 74℉ and Heat @ 67℉

• Fire pits are great for relaxing, unwinding & story telling - not for turning the backyard into a concert venue.

• Just remember the neighbors are nearby enjoying… whatever it is neighbors enjoy doing. Probably something peaceful.

• Quiet hours begin at 10 PM until 8 AM

• Please keep voices, music & activity around the hot tub respectful of the neighborhood.

• If the neighbors can hear it or smell it, it’s probably too much. Don't forget you are in North Carolina and not everything is legal here.

• If that happens, it tends to turn into a whole “neighbors calling people and people calling other people” situation… and that’s a lot of unnecessary drama for everyone …especially those on vacation.
